By accessing or using CyFi Designs ("Service," "we," "us"), including any subdomains (360.cyfidesigns.com, qr.cyfidesigns.com, sub.cyfidesigns.com, dedup.cyfidesigns.com, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CyFi Designs provides web-based creative tools including but not limited to: 360 character viewer builder, writing software, QR code generator, color palette tools, password generator, image resize/convert tools, PDF tools, subscription tracker, and photo deduplicator. Some tools are free. Some features require Cyber Credits (defined below).
Several tools on CyFi Designs operate entirely within your web browser. These tools (including but not limited to QR Code Generator, Color Palette, Password Generator, Subscription Tracker, Photo Deduplicator, Image Resize, Image Convert, and PDF Tools) do not transmit your data to our servers. Your data remains on your device. We provide these tools "as is" with no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Certain features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Cyber Credits are a virtual unit of exchange used exclusively within the CyFi Designs platform to access premium features. Cyber Credits:
Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe). All prices are in US dollars. Credits are applied to your account immediately upon successful payment. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and the credit cost of features at any time, with reasonable notice.
Cyber Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is terminated for violation of these terms, unused credits are forfeited.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your credit card information. Payment disputes should first be raised with us via our support page before initiating a chargeback.
Content you create using our tools belongs to you. The CyFi Designs platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYFI DESIGNS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyFi Designs and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
